Pastry

The Bread Workshop is proud of our hand made pastry. We use only organic wheat flours, as well as many other organic ingredients where available and affordable. Our dairy comes from clover, and our chocolate comes from Cordiera (Colombia) or Valhrona (Argentina). Fruits and vegetables are local and/or organic when available at a reasonable price.

Breakfast Catering  – All large orders need to be placed at least 72 hours ahead of time (some of these pastries take this long to make.). Please call (510) 649-9740 or (510) 649-9735. Delivery is possible but should be arranged a week ahead of time and may have a delivery charge (pending location and size of the order).

Flavors of the Danishes, Scones and Quiches will vary from day to day. Please see the Daily Specials tab  for varieties of the day, as well as other special offerings.
